How to Return Merchandise

Please send an email to customerservice@Jewelrystore4me.com or call us at 1-888-386-8070 the same day of receipt for authorization on a return.

We will accept only authorized returns that are unused and in the original packaging. A valid RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization) must be obtained before returning your merchandise!

• Customer Service will issue a Return Authorization Number.
• Refunds will only be issued after a Return Authorization Number has been obtained.
• Please print the RMA# on the outside of all returning parcels. Packages without a clearly marked, valid Return Authorization Number will be refused.
• Please DO NOT remove the item from its original packaging when returning.

Packages that are refused by the customer or undeliverable and returned to Jewelrystore4me.com will automatically be assessed a 25% restocking fee once package is received.
